Custom Couture is our made from scratch service for everything that is not a wedding gown. Tailored suits, red carpet dressing, luxury modest wear and one of a kind commissions.
Every piece is drafted from your own measurements and built in our Goodwood atelier. Nothing is adapted from a shop pattern and nothing is bought in.

One of a kind commissions for speakers, performers and public figures who need a garment that photographs beautifully and moves well.

A small capsule of made to measure pieces developed with you over time, all cut from the same personal block.
The process
From conversation to collection.
- 01 Consultation. We discuss the occasion, the mood, your comfort and how the piece needs to function.
- 02 Design and fabric. The design is confirmed and fabric is sourced or supplied by you.
- 03 Pattern and toile. A personal pattern is drafted and, on structured pieces, a toile is made first.
- 04 Construction. The garment is cut, built and hand finished in the atelier.
- 05 Fittings. Two to three fittings refine the line, length and comfort.
- 06 Final press. Pressed, packed and ready for your event.
Standard production is eight to twelve weeks from confirmed design and measurements. Your production timeline is confirmed with your order.

Modest by design
Coverage that still feels like couture.
A large part of our custom couture work is modest. Long sleeves, high necklines, layered skirts and lined bodices are designed in from the start rather than added as an afterthought.
Whether you cover fully or simply prefer more coverage than the high street offers, your comfort shapes the design.
